1、散热器安装散热器安装位置离主机越近越好，最好在主机偏上位，散热器安装位具备最佳散热环境，吸风口不能对着其它设备出风口，特别是油性气体，出风口不能短路及对着别处窗口（特别是居民窗口）和设备，离地应有2M高，安装水平牢固。

5、电器导线性能配置导线线径达到要求，接头牢固，需保护穿管则不能省，接电正确。导线进蒸发器接线盒孔，需硅胶密封，接灯如是36V电以上则需接地线，主机电柜内进电需三相五线制，要有可靠接地。

6、温控探头安装探头与温度显示探头一齐穿入库内蒸发器回风口，且悬空，化霜温控也固定在天板上，探头另穿孔入库内蒸发器回风口，探头插入翅片中（不能靠近电热管），温控及化霜温控固定在库内蒸发器后一角，所有接线处密封。
